MONARCH BEACH, CA. (DECEMBER 6, 2021) -- As Harcourts North America prepares to launch “Harcourts Hype,” their first in-person conference since 2019, a new game-changing format has been unveiled for this event.
“Connection is an important part of ensuring that our culture remains healthy and as productive as possible,” said Ben Brady, CEO of Harcourts North America. “Bringing together the absolute elite of the organization, to create not only a buzz but to ensure that our top producing agents and business owners are connecting is paramount to ensuring a plan for the future of the organization is made by those that are at the pinnacle of our industry and company.” Having previously allowed any individual to attend the conference, Brady and Harcourts are now making it an exclusive two-day event open only to business owners and Top 30 Performers in the network.
Harcourts North America also takes advantage of their first in-person function in three years by re-locating the two-night event from its traditional California home to the swanky Andaz Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Held February 29th through March 1st, the event will kick off day one with Business Leaders Focus and an evening of networking at Topgolf, a premier golf entertainment complex and high-end lounge. Day two will feature “Harcourts Hype,” which will comprise of world renowned speakers hired to inspire and educate, followed by the annual Harcourts North America Awards show.
